Theatre Classes and Productions

Forefront Arts will be offering theatre classes for ages 3-12 at a number of metro Atlanta locations including Buckhead, Brookhaven, North Druid Hills, Morningside/Virginia Highland, Grant Park, Decatur, Smyrna, and Chamblee.   

Brookhaven classes will be held at St James Methodist Church, 4400 Peachtree Dunwoody Road on Thursdays and Fridays.

Musical Theatre students (ages 6-12) will learn warm-ups, play theatre games, receive training in acting technique, vocal skills, choreography, and theatre etiquette and terminology while rehearsing selections from Disney's "Aladdin"  

Creative Dramatics students (ages 3-5) will 
explore fun theater games, music, puppetry, crafts, and other creative activities.   Students will perform a short play based on the book "Make Way for Ducklings" at the end of the semester. 

An Improvisation class for ages 8-12 will also be offered.  Students will learn the "rules" of improvisational performance and will practice them using fun games and activities. 

Students are also invited to join the Young Actors Ensemble for its production of "How I Became A Pirate".
