Petite Auberge Offers Easter Sunday Brunch

Atlanta is home to several tasty traditions, one of which is Easter Sunday Brunch. Many local restaurants serve the fare, including Petite Auberge, 2935 North Druid Hills Road, in Toco Hills. This year, Petite Auberge offers its four-course Easter menu on Sunday, April 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reservations are strongly suggested and can be made by calling 404-634-6268.

 

The Easter menu offers a choice of soup, salad and dessert along with one of eight entrees. Prices range from $24.95 for the Quiche Petite Auberge to $39.95 for the Center Cut Prime Rib. There is also a children’s menu for $9.95 that includes a fruit cup, choice of spaghetti with meat sauce or fried chicken tenders, and a dessert (choice of chocolate mousse or ice cream).

 

For adults, hot soup choices include Chicken Consommé or Creamy Potato and Leek Soup, while fresh salad selections include Spring Mix Salad or Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette. Entrees include lightly fried Lemon Caper Fried Chicken, sautéed Sea Bass Florentine, slow-roasted Leg of Lamb, southern favorite Jumbo Shrimp and Grits, hearty Steak and Eggs or savory Beef Stephanie (filet mignon baked in fine pastry), as well as the aforementioned Center Cut Prime Rib and Quiche Petite Auberge (quiche stuffed with spinach, bacon, roasted red pepper, and chevre and parmesan cheeses). A potato and/or vegetable accompany most entrees.

 

In case diners didn’t already satisfy their sweet tooth with chocolate bunnies, cream-filled eggs and sugary marshmallow chicks, the Easter Brunch comes complete with a final course of delectable dessert options. They are: Peach Crème Brulee, Petite’s Waffle Sundae, Berry Cheesecake Parfait, Strawberry Filled Crepe and the restaurant’s famous New Orleans Bread Pudding.

 

After brunch, Petite Auberge invites customers to check out the restaurant’s retail Olive Oil and Vinegar Boutique. Patrons can take home the tastes they enjoyed in their meals such as the white peach balsamic vinegar from the Peach Crème Brulee or lemon balsamic vinegar from the Sea Bass Florentine.
