Atlanta Builder Partners with Top Design Firm for Brookhaven Community

Cecconi Simone’s success is based on the firm’s design philosophy, which maintains that thoughtful design should help individuals live their lives better. The firm applied this thinking to Savoy at Town Brookhaven, working in partnership with the builder and its architects through every stage of planning and design, a rarity in the residential sector.
The collaboration between Ashton Woods Homes and Cecconi Simone has resulted in truly unique designs, with the model homes at Savoy at Town Brookhaven achieving synergy between the exteriors and interiors.

One model home will have an eclectic feel, mixing a white and walnut color palette with linens, cottons, reclaimed wood and industrial accents. The other will have a traditional feel with rich colors and fabrics, like satins and velvets.
Priced from the $400,000s, Savoy at Town Brookhaven will open soon. To celebrate, Ashton Woods Homes is hosting a VIP night on Thursday, August 22 with a special presentation by Simone.
