 class\, appropriate  for all levels including beginners. You will need t
 o bring&nbsp\;a yoga mat  and any other props you would like to use\, su
 ch  as&nbsp\;block\,&nbsp\;strap\,&nbsp\;blanket\, etc.&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\
 nGracious/Gentle Class - 7:15 p.m. each Wednesday\nThis  class is approp
 riate for beginners or for anyone of any age who wants a  gentler class\
 , including most people with mobility issues due to  arthritis\, tendini
 tis\, chronic injury\, surgery\, or simply the natural  aging process. Y
 ou will need to bring a yoga mat as well as a blanket or  pillow/bolster
  if you are okay with sitting on the floor--these props  will help to pr
 operly align your spine (if the floor is not an option\,  we will also h
