Class Schedule:

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Saturdays from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m

Charles Palmer and Franklyn Brown, local certified instructors, are offering boot camp classes at Keswick Park. Your monthly boot camp experience includes 12 boot camp workout sessions, 4 assessment appointments, a food journal and guaranteed results!
