  and the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces have teamed up to launch a
  holiday &ldquo\;pop up&rdquo\; artist market with space for 35 artists 
 and handcrafters to display their work indoors for three weekends during
  this holiday season.&nbsp\; Town Brookhaven boasts 40 retail shops\, re
 staurants and the popular Cin&eacute\;bistro/Cobb Theatre.&nbsp\; Art an
 d handcraft are the perfect addition for the development. Two vacant com
 mercial spaces will house the Artist Market beginning Nov. 30.&nbsp\; Ar
 tists reserve their &ldquo\;studio space&rdquo\; in advance\, but the Ar
