Looking for a non-traditional way to celebrate the New Year? Guests of CinéBistro at Town Brookhaven can watch as the Times Square ball and Peach Drop are broadcast live on a massive, high-definition screen on New Year’s Eve. As part of the festivities, guests can partake in a complimentary dessert tasting from 11 p.m. to midnight and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. In addition to the regular menu, a special chef’s menu will be available for all guests, including those not seeing a movie, and will include a “preview” appetizer, “feature” entrée and dessert. Specialty selected champagne splits and full bottles, as well as specialty cocktails, will also be available for purchase. A live DJ and prize-filled balloon drops will keep the party going past midnight.
