Beginning at 5:30 p.m.\, guests will be greeted with complimentary valet parking as they walk down the red carpet and have their Hollywood-style photos taken.\nA cocktail reception in the lo bby lounge\, festively decorated for the celebration\, will feature pas sed appetizers such as pork confit spring rolls\, lamb lollis\, bacon -wrapped dates and tuna wonton crisps served along with champagne and h ouse-made red and white sangria. Before the main event begins\, guests can celebrate the evening with live red carpet coverage on bar and loun ge projectors and mingle with a Marilyn Monroe impersonator from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Guests will be ushered into the theatre before the live broadca st of the awards beginning at 7 p.m. A three-course dinner will begin w ith the steakhouse salad served with a champagne vinaigrette dressing. A choice from three of executive chef Hector Gomez&rsquo\;s entré \;es will include a 6-ounce petit filet served &ldquo\;Oscar&rdquo\; sty le\, bucatini with lobster and Chilean sea bass. The meal will conclude with a dessert sampler comprised of mini versions of Ciné\;Bist ro favorites\, including crè\;me brû\;lé\;e\, flavored crè\;me brû\;lé\;e\, Ciné\;ful chocolate cake a nd deconstructed peanut butter pie.
