According to its Facebook page, The One Sushi Plus opened in Brookhaven with limited operating hours over the Christmas holiday.
The restaurant is open on Tuesday through Thursday from 5-10 pm; Friday and Saturday from 5-11 pm; Sunday from 4-10 pm, and for brunch on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 pm.
The restaurant is in the old Library Coffee location.

I wanted to like this place but they fired the really good server with long black hair for no reason!
