At the intersection of Ashford Dunwoody and Johnson Ferry roads and Donaldson Drive sits Old Five Points, and beginning Thursday, the area will serve as a place where you can sample some of the world's global cuisine.

The 3rd annual Taste of the World Fest 2012 runs from June 28-30, with all proceeds going to charity. Hours each are from noon until 10 pm.

Besides a sampling of a variety of foods, the event will feature:

  • live and local bands
  • a local artist market
  • dancing
  • free movie screenings.

Old Five Points encompasses seven restaurants, an Organic dry-cleaners and a  Walgreens.
