The Brookhaven is now partly owned by the Admiral.
Admiral Capital Group, headed up by NBA Hall of Famer David Robinson, has purchaed the 17-story, 240-unit condo complex, according to the Buckhead View.
The 'Admiral' is Robinson's nickname.
In a joint venture with Wood Partners, Robinson purchased the complex's unsold condo units (209 total) at The Brookhaven from The Private Bank.
The Brookhaven was built in 1985, with some renovations most recently completed in 2008.
