Town Brookhaven’s Boogaloos boutique hosted Saturday a jewelry trunk show by local designer Robyn Canady.  The day’s events offered shoppers the chance to meet the artist, see her newest pieces and score a discount of 20 percent off the handmade jewelry. 

Originating in interior and environmental graphic design, R. Canady stumbled into jewelry design by chance and the recommendation of a good friend, and as the saying goes, "The rest is history".  Her necklaces and earrings now grace the counters of a multitude of boutiques across the Southeast, including Brookhaven’s very own Boogaloos.

The jewelry show enabled customers to see R. Canady’s handy work in action and try on pieces to find that special one (or two, or three), while also building their wardrobe with the latest fall fashions.
