Van Michael Salon and the Pink Heals Foundation Partner for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

ATLANTA, GA – September 25, 2012 – Van Michael Salon and the Pink Heals Foundation are proud to announce the continuation of their Breast Cancer Awareness partnership with the “Blow Out To End Breast Cancer” campaign.  Throughout the month of October, clients may choose from a menu of premium blow dry styles with a $5 donation to Pink Heals Foundation.   Hand selected by Van Michael Salon experts, the celebrity-inspired blow dry styles represent the most requested and hottest hair trends for fall, and showcase the most important trend of all . . . supporting Breast Cancer Awareness.

Van Michael Salon will also continue to support Aveda’s global Breast Cancer Awareness fundraising efforts through the sale of the Limited-Edition Pink Ribbon Hand Relief moisturizing lotion. Aveda will donate $4 from each sale of the product to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation to fund environmental research to help find a cure. The Limited-Edition Pink Ribbon Hand Relief is available for purchase at all five locations for $21.00 (5 oz. tube).
